I have complained to Arlo that there’s something wrong with their app but not gotten any help.
Unless I physically turn off each camera manually they will re-arm themselves.
Anyone else having this problem? IPHONE 13pro max UTD iOS, UTD version of Arlo app as well
Thanks

Woolie,
I've not heard other reports of this behavior. Could you describe step by step what you do to reproduce the issue?

In the IOS app on iphone or Ipad I hit disarm all.
One system (front of house) stays disarmed), backyard system automatically returns to armed in approx 5 seconds). This happens on both phone an ipad.
I have to turn off individual cameras manually rather than disarm all. Then go to each and arm them again.
The disarm all should work (as it has in the past) but now doesnt work
Base stations have been reset and I have checked Modem and router. All fine,
I've sent logs to Arlo but they have no answers. Its been going on since the last app upgrade.
My computer does successfully disarm all and stays disarmed but I am not always at home to change from armed to disarmed via computer.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times yet the problem reoccurs daily.
