Hi!

I need very rarely video from the camera. Earlier it was saved like for 3 months and now only for 1 month. Can you help to grab the video. I need it for legal purpose.

If it's been deleted from your account for any reason, it's gone. Use of a hub for your cameras with local recordings configured is the only way to keep older videos. Unfortunately, proactively downloading any possible video from the cloud would have been your solution but it's too late now.
