Recharged battery and 1 of three cameras will not connect / pair. Tried factory reset holding reset button and no amber light. Blue light does flash quickly.

Perhaps you're not holding the sync/reset button long enough.

Also, you need to remove the camera from your account before you can add it back.

I have removed it from account. Adding it as a new device. I have tried holding reset button 15 sec, less time, longer time with no luck. I’ve tried QR code set up. Inserted another working battery.  Working near and away from hub. Not having must luck. Maybe it’s time to buy a single replacement? No trouble with camera prior to battery died. These were Costco arlo pro 4 XL 3 pack with smart hub. Thanks for your response!

Still in warranty? Use Settings, Support (Center) to choose the camera model and talk to official support for a possible RMA.
