I have 3 Arlo 4 Pro cameras and a Base station from the time I had the Arlo 2 cameras.

I don't live in the US and in previous attempts to purchase a plan got the reply that it is not possible where I live.

 

Yesterday I tried to login to the Arlo app on a new Android device.

In the process of doing so, I reset my password.

I was able to re-login on the old Android device but not the new one (no error message).

During the night the cameras were disconnected from the Samsung SmartThings hub (attempt to relink gets a "Country code blocked" error message).

Attempt to login on the web site (to the My Arlo Dashboard) sends me an OTP to my email, when I enter it and tell it to trust the browser I get a "Timed out" error message (I was quick enough and the error isn't correct).

I have same issue, i csnt connect smarthings neither google home because of this
