Trying to add a Chime 2 to Arlo Pro 4 cameras.

My Pro 4 cameras won't scan QR code on my chime 2 device.  I've removed my cameras and reinstalled them.  I've pressed the snyc button for three seconds and sometimes 12 seconds.  No help

The chime 2 is used with an Arlo doorbell (not a Pro 4).
