My Arlo account works fine...Wife wants her own account to login to our cameras. 1. She has Access rights 2. She created her own Arlo account on a PC. Her account setup was accepted. 3. Problem....I log off of Arlo...She logs on, but gets the message that her User ID or Password is incorrect....??????? If she goes in and tries to set up her account again....she gets the message that her Arlo account already exists!!!! SO......why can't she log in?

Perhaps try changing the password (using the "forgotten" path)

On a PC, my wife and I changed her password (forgot) pass. It is accepted and saved, but as soon as she tries it, she gets the same (user or password is incorrect)
…..frustrating!

This error indicates either the username or password is being entered incorrectly. Check to make sure everything is being entered correctly (no auto-fill) and try again.
