Smarthub pro4 cameras suddenly off line.

Smarthub has blue led. Cameras were attached and working until last night. Synced, rebooted smart hub changed location. They still don't come up.

Have you tried removing/reinserting the battery in one of the cameras?

Maybe bring the camera inside, and charge up the battery as part of this test.
