- I have inserted a USB in FAT32 format to the smart hub. The App detected the local storage but no video can be saved in the USB. Moreover, the app shows a message "there was an error obtained your library. Arlo team is working on this issue."
Please advise how to fix this.

Sometimes removing the cameras and smarthub from your account, doing a hardware reset on everything, and adding the devices back will resolve this. It is of course a PITA.
You reset the smarthub using a paperclip. You reset the cameras by holding down sync until the camera flashed amber (about 15 seconds).
