Smart Hum VMB5000 not accepting any Micro SD card

I cannot get any of the recommended micro SD cards to work with my VMB5000 Smart Hub.

Any suggestions?

It's possible that you may need to remove the hub and any connected devices from your account and set them back up as if new.
