I sent an invite to add my wife to the account. Opened up on her iPad, hit the Get Started button to get the app and create her own account, however none of the devices that I shared show up?

No, it still shows "Pending"
Ok, so let's start there.
Use a PC instead of the iPad. Have her click on the "Create account" in the original invite email. That will open up the PC browser to my.arlo.com. From there, have her just log in (no need to create a new account). She does need to go through the two factor authentication step (so completely logged in).
Then check that the invite shows up as accepted.
One other issue - new accounts use the newer "Feed" user interface - showing "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app, instead of "Library". Both accounts need to use the same interface for sharing to work. So if her's is "Feed" and your's is "Library", then you will need to migrate to "Feed". The trick for doing that is to go into "Add Device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. Since you don't have one, you can't complete the workflow. But early on it will migrate you to "Feed".
Once you've done this, there is no way to go back to "Library". "Feed" is very different in some ways, and there are a couple of pain points you should be aware of:
- There are no custom modes. There are three built-in ones that you can edit, but no way to add new ones.
- People here have had a lot of trouble with both schedules and geofencing.
- "Feed" has explicit support for multiple locations - which is good, but you use that feature then you will find that you need a subscription for each location.
