Some confusion here.  The base is connected to your router, and is in your account.  It can only in one account (which is called the "primary" account).

Similarly, the cameras are in your account, but not directly connected to your phone.  They are connected instead to the base.  And they have to be in the same account as the base.

Also, you can only be logged into an account from one device at a time.  So you and your wife can't both be logged in using your phone at the same time unless you are using different accounts.

What you need is to share the cameras with with your wife's account using the "friend" account feature.

Unfortunately that process is more complicated than it should be.

Have your wife accept the invitation on a PC, using the instructions at the bottom of the article:

To accept the invitation using a desktop or laptop:

  • Open the e-mail invitation.
  • Click on Create Account link on the body of the e-mail. A web browser will open.
  • Click Create Account and follow the instructions to create an account or Login using their own credentials if there’s already an existing one.

Then check your account, and confirm that the invitation shows up as accepted there.

Once this is done, then check the app on both your phone and your wife's phone.  Look to see if the app shows "Library" at the bottom, or if it shows "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead.  If your wife's account shows "Feed", then your account also needs to show "Feed".

If your account shows "Library" instead, then you will need to migrate it to "Feed".  Do that by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera.  You can't complete that (unless you have that camera).  But the process will convert your account to "Feed".

BTW, when the time comes to switch to a paid subscription, make sure you subscribe from the primary account.  Otherwise, you are just wasting money.
