I can't sign up with the secure plan and there is not a way to contact a customer service to sign up and pay for the secure plan! Any help with this would be great!

Are you in a country where Arlo offers subscriptions?
Are you getting an error when you try to subscribe, or are you not seeing where to subscribe? If you are getting an error, where are you getting stuck?
