I want to know why when I’m logged out of my Arlo I still receive notifications of footage? There is no secure or safety of my privacy because of this glitch.

Are you seeing this on the phone?  Not sure why you think that affects security or privacy, as the notifications are only going to your personal device.  BTW, if you uninstall the app, or log in as someone else you won't get these notifications.
