Two questions first:
- Are you using a base station? Or are you connecting the cameras to your home wifi?
- Does the main screen of the app show you a "Library" option? Or does it show "Dashboard" and "Feed"

- My main screen has :
- Devises
- Library
- Modes
- Settings
Just trying to turn on 2 cameras 24 / 7 and the other 3 be on a schedule to be off (disarmed) for a scheduled time during the day. If possible.

The first step is to create a custom mode. That mode will include rules for the 2 cameras you want to arm. Do not put in any rule for the other three. Look at the details armed mode rules, so you can match the settings.
Enter that mode manually, and confirm that it works the way you expect.
Once the mode is working, you put that mode into the schedule (along with Armed). Go into Mode, and select the base. Then select the pencil next to the "Schedule" mode. FWIW, I suggest doing this on a PC (browse to my.arlo.com). Note you can't cross the midnight boundary with one entry - you'll need one entry that stops at 11:59, and another that starts at midnight.
After the schedule is set up, you select enable it from the modes screen.
