Reviewing videos with USB on Basestation

We did not purchase a subscription plan with Arlo.  We are using the USB port on the base station to record.  We are out of town with no WiFi and can’t see any of activity from the app on my phone . Is there a way to view activity without WiFi and no subscription ?
