Hi, looking for help on whether I can remotely reset my base station while away. Our internet provider had an outage and now all our cameras (ultra pro 4, and wireless doorbell and base station) are offline. When im home and this happens i reset the base station and it reconnects. Internet is on but the base station and all
cameras are offline.
thanks.

Do you mean restart? A reset requires inserting an unbent paper-clip into a hole in the back of the base.
Unfortunately there is no way to restart the base remotely if it isn't connecting to the internet. Some folks have connected the power to the base to a smartplug that they can control remotely, and use that to power-cycle the base.
If you have remote access to your router, you could try restarting it, and see if it resolves the problem. (If your ISP supplied your router, they might also be able to restart the router remotely).
