Hi, can anyone help
i am trying to connect to remote camera but cannot access
an invite sent to me but cannot connect

Accept the invite on a PC, not the app.
Click on "create account" in the invite email. That will open your browser to my.arlo.com. If the account doesn't yet exist, then create it there. Otherwise, just log into it.
After that is done, ask the primary account user to confirm that the invite is accepted.
Note you might not be able to see the camera after this step - there could be another step that the primary account user needs to take. But do this first, and then we can move on to the next step if that is needed.

We have done that, still can not see the cameras but I am getting motion alerts..

Ok.
When you look at the primary account in the app, do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard"? Or do you see "Library"?
Please also answer this for the Friend account.

He can migrate his UI to "Feed" by going into "add device" and then starting to add either a Pro 5s camera or the home security system. That of course will fail, because he doesn't have those devices. But the process will still switch him to "Feed".
There are a lot of changes in Feed, and some bugs. Unfortunately there is no way to migrate back to "Library".
If he uses custom modes, he should know that "Feed" doesn't have them - instead it has three built-in modes (Armed Away, Armed Home, and Standby). These can be edited, so one can serve as the "Armed" library mode, and one (likely Standby) can serve as "Disarmed". That leaves one mode left that can be set up to match one of his custom modes.

my understanding now after talking to Arlo help line that the new App secure not available in this country for some reason so it’s limiting the options we have..
