I seem to have reduced access to the device settings. I have 3 cameras and a door cam which normally have active zones set up but I can no longer access these settings to adjust them, also the video settings to change the sensitivity and duration of recordings has also gone; it’s just a very basic set up now. This only seems to have happened following the recent Arlo outage.
has anyone else had the same problem or does anyone know how to get my settings back. All my cameras are pretty much useless now.

No defo still using the primary. I have just deleted one camera and added it again and the settings are back. I think I am going to have to get someone up a ladder to get the other cameras down and see if removing and adding those back fixes them. Frustrating but hopefully a simple fix. The only cause I can think of is when the app went down due to a data breech. Thankfully that doesn’t happen too often!

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu? Or do you instead see "Library". Did this recently change?

It's the original interface, so it has always been that way.
Are you certain you are still using the primary account for the cameras, and not a friend account?
