Recording failure

I have Arlo pro 4 . It was working alright. I deactivated for about 2 months. When I activate and ready to use again, it does detect the motion but won’t record. It triggered and I’m notified but when I retrieve my library, there’s no record at all. It’s wasting my battery. Need help please to solve my problem. Paid a lot on this camera.

Do you still have a subscription for the camera?  The Pro 4 needs a subscription to get cloud recording.
