VMB5000 no longer recording locally as of last night.

After firmware update in December it quit recording to the local Base. 

I was given a 30 day free subscription and at the end of the 30 days they started charging me for the subscription.

I cancelled the subscription and now I get no recordings again.

Case number 43270101.

This need to be fixed ASAP.

What options will I have when my Arlo trial ends?

When the trial that was included with your Arlo device purchase ends, you have the option to purchase an Arlo Secure, Arlo Secure Plus, or Arlo Safe & Secure Pro plan to continue using paid features like Cloud Recording, Activity Zones, and Smart Notifications.

Without a service plan, your Arlo device will continue to have the following features:

• Live Streaming
• Push Notifications
• Two-way Audio
• Auto Zoom & Tracking*
• Local Storage Recording*

  *Auto Zoom & Tracking and Local Storage Recording are not available for all Arlo devices.

  Insert a microSD card (at least 16 GB) into the bottom of the base.   Then set up local storage (format the drive, and enable direct access to local storage in the base).
