Must I have a smart hub if my Pro4 cameras are connected to wifi?

Only if you want to have local backup storage capabilities for triggered recordings or wish to use a CVR subscription.

 

Using direct wifi camera connection without a subscription restricts you to live viewing only since you need a subscription to have cloud storage and services.
