Pro4 - and Pro3 Floodlight - activity zones don't work in trial subscription

We installed three Pro 4 cameras yesterday and one Pro 3 Floodlight camera. The trial subscription doesn't seem to allow consistent access to the Activity Zones feature. I was able to set some of them up via the Android app yesterday but then when I'd go in to adjust them they were missing and I had to recreate them. Then the option disappeared from the settings menu, even when I log in on the computer. Any ideas?
As a troubleshooting step, I signed up for Secure (even though I supposedly have THREE FREE MONTHS of Secure already) and once I paid the $10 they started working. So is that feature included in the trial, or not? If it is, why doesn't it work for me?

The trial for Arlo Secure should include the same features as the subscription. I will pass this feedback along to the team for further investigation.
