I’m ready to toss my cameras.  They constantly go “offline”. This makes it necessary to climb a ladder, remove camera to pair it back up and usually charge battery.  My latest disaster is the mounting screw that goes into the camera is completely stuck. I’ve tried WD40, it won’t move.  Can’t reach Arlo for any assistance.  I did order a new mounting bracket but that’s not going to help if I can’t get the screw out of the white case.

any ideas?
thanks

Cameras that constantly go offline likely have connection issues due to strength and/or interference issues. How are you connecting the cameras - to your WiFi or to a hub? Describe the environment the connection has - house construction, walls/floors for the straight line distance between the router or hub to each camera. Any wireless devices that could be interfering with the signal near either the cameras or router/hub?

My arlo is connected to the internet through an eero mesh internet system.  The camera I have the trouble with is about 5 feet outside a kitchen window. On the window sill, I have the main arlo base station, and one of my eero pods.

It's possible that the small distance is an issue. Try temporarily moving the hub or eero satellite away from each other to see if that helps. If not, try taking the camera to a somewhat different location.
