Just took my cameras out of the box. When I push the button on the bottom to open the camera nothing happens. It's supposed to pop out right? No click, no pop out.

Oops. I watched a youtube video of someone opening the camera. You have to push down hard on the button and it will open. Duh.

Unfortunately, it's normal to struggle getting the housing to release the camera. I often have to mash the button over and over again, sometimes alternately squeezing the housing in order to get it to release. It's just a very poor design.
Once the cameras are installed it's even worse, because the effort it takes to get the housing to release the camera causes the camera position on the wall mount to move. It's a pain.
