Bought the cameras because it said a subscription was optional. Now my camera won’t charge and yes I took the battery out and put it back in a ridiculous number of times and it still won’t charge. The phone will not connect to the base station so I can view my videos saved to the flash drive, and the best part unlike most other products, they will not speak with you, even if you spent a crapload of money on their products, unless you buy a subscription. Any suggestions?

That is not linked to the subscription.

 

  1. It sounds like this is just happening with one of your cameras.  Is that the case?
  2. Are you using a standalone battery charger?  Or are you connecting the Pro 4 itself to a USB charger?

What base station do you have?

What phone are you using (and what version of Android/iOS is it running)?

Is the flash drive at least 16 GB?

 

If you have the VMB4540, have you configured direct access to local storage via the app?
