Pro 4 solar charging

We installed a solar charger for our Pro 4 camera 3 days ago. So far the battery is only a 42 % which has been for  2 days, It has been cloudy but shouldn't it be better by now?  This is a new system a couple weeks old

The Solar Pane won't charge as fast as AC power even in full sun so it wont charge if it is cloudy (Mabey very little) but obviously not at all at night. Also depends on how often the camera records or live steamed.
