Pro 4 - scan the barcode then it says can’t find device

Pro 4. I got 3 cameras at best buy 3/1/22. Now. Only 1 camera will sync I how tried all the reset stuff and stop can’t get the other 2to sync. Both of them does scan the barcode then it says can’t find device

I done the reset again today 10 times each. No luck. I am ready to send them back for a refund.

Try charging the cameras before going through the onboarding process. What LED behaviors do you see on the cameras when attempting to sync?

I go back to add camera then go through all the steps to set it up The camera led brinking blue scan barcode. I hear chime then it starts looking for the camera. Can’t find device. I then hold down the reset button till the 3 amber light. It starts blinking blue rescan barcode. I hear chime. Then it starts looking for device. Not found.
