Some of my cameras show record and still pic icon when recording live and others do not. How do I turn this feature on? The settings on the cameras seem to be the same.

Manual recording requires two things:

  1. the camera needs a subscription
  2. Livestreaming has to be 1080p.  If you've set livestreaming to 2K or 4K, you need to turn that feature off.
