Ive had this camera from Costco for about 2 years...All of sudden, my cameras are off. I tired reloading them install camera, amber light, then blue light , then chime. BUT! CANNOT FIND CAMERA
Logged in under our password for Wi-fi
Under Wifi other - I see a Arlo VMB-5770268514- "IT" wants a. password. Im not sure thats even my account!!!!
I don't have a password for it, If I go to Arlo app on my phone and change password, it only lets me change the password for that APP.
I loaded all these cameras in the beginning, it was easy peasy! I pay monthly for this dumb thing! But i cant figure out what I'm repeatedly doing incorrect.
Can anyone help this untechy gal?
