After the internet going down I can’t get my cameras to reconnect. I’ve disconnected my camera from the app, I’ve tried taking the battery out and I just get a single blue light, when I try the sync button the amber light doesn’t come on. The battery is fully charged.

Did you try doing a hardware reset?

  1. remove the camera from the account
  2. open the camera housing and press the sync button until the camera flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
  3. add the camera back to your account

Yes I have tried doing that and nothing

How do you know the battery is fully charged? Have you tried using just the battery, battery plus charger and charger only to see what happens?

The battery is fully charged as it’s been on charge for a good 6 hrs. I can’t try syncing it with the charger on as I need to remove the casing to sync and the casing needs to be onto charge

You don't necessarily need to use the sync button - that's a fallback method when the camera can't be found normally.

The usual method of syncing through the app isn’t working either hence trying the manual sync

Was you able to get the Pro 4 back onto the account?
