I have a pro4 and my camera stays on record mode the yellow icon stays on at all times so my battery goes out within 2 days. And nothing seems to record. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the camera and nothing worked. Could you please help with this issue. I depend on my cameras a lot as I work on the road

It could be a faulty camera but first remove the camera from your account and reset it as shown in the following link. If that doesn't help, you'd need to contact official support by using the app and go to Settings, Support to select your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to start the process.
