2 issues:

1. I have turned off my pro 4 camera but it stills records when it activated by movement. How do i fix this?

2. The volume coming from the camera is really quiet when someone is talking but the siren is loud. How do also fix this?

Regards the camera on/off status, are you using the website login to switch the camera or a mobile device app?

 

Regards the audio, again which app is being used?
