I have an Arlo security system and have not been able to sign into my account to get a system fix. I am told via chat that I have to log in to get a fix, but if I cannot log in I cannot get to someone for the fix. Any advice?

What issue are you having with logging in? If the usual SMS code isn't being received, try the email method.

Just to clarify this - SMS and Web Push are two different authentication methods. I keep SMS enabled, as it is a good fallback if Web Push doesn't work.
