Arlo can't be serious....we buy a camera so that we can control it remotely.  When you turn each camera off/on in the device settings menu, oftentimes arlo just decides that "this device is currently disabled and will not respond to mode changes" and the "on" button is missing from the menu!  And their troubleshooting guide says to go to the camera and reboot it, possibly every time you turn the camera off and on remotely?  Isnt the whole purpose of turning a camera off/on remotely is so that you don't have to be there?  It is a 2.5 hour drive for me to reset the camera.  For anyone that is more than a 15 minute drive to their cameras, doesnt this defeat the whole purpose of having a remotely operated system?

I've never seen this specific message happen on it's own - I've only seen it when I've turned the camera off in the camera settings.  Not sure what would happen after that if the camera went completely off line (perhaps due to battery drain), though I guess it could result in losing the "on" button.

Are you using the iOS app or Android?  FWIW, I use iOS (iphone 12 mini).

Also, are the cameras connected to your home wifi, or are they connected to a base/smarthub?
