Hey guys
so I've only had my Arlo cameras for 8 months and two of my batteries no was longer work I know the charger still works because it still charges my other cameras. Do I buy replacement batteries or what do I

First put the two batteries in a different camera, and see if the problem moves with the batteries or whether it stays with the cameras. If it stays with the cameras, then make sure the magnetic connectors are clean and that there is no visible damage inside the camera.
Your cameras are still under warranty, so you can use phone support using the app. If you have no subscription, let us know that, as the mods can create a support ticket for you.
Not sure what the warranty on the batteries is, Arlo's warranty terms aren't clear on that.
