I have 3 of these cameras, 2 are receiving video just fine but the one has a weak wifi signal.  ALL 3 have weak audio.  I was advised by support to add a SmartHub to improve all the above.  Has anyone else had this issue and did the addition of a hub resolve it?

Try swapping cameras, and see if the weak wifi stays with the location or moves with the camera.

A smarthub won't resolve that.  Are you saying the audio from the camera mic is weak?  Or do you mean the audio from the camera speaker?

Generally the wifi range of the smarthub is about the same as a router, so I don't think it will help the weak wifi much (if at all). 

 

Adding a wifi extender or upgrading your home network to a mesh could help.
