We recently switched to Google Fiber and it doesn't let you split the 2.4 and 5g network. Google says the device should automatically find the 2.4 but it isn't. How do I get my Arlo Pro 4 to connect to the wifi if I can't split the 2.4 from the 5g?

Can you be more specific? How will that help? What should I do there?
