Pro 4 Does Record in CVR

I have a Pro 4 camera connected to AC power and to the Smart Hub VMB4540r3 with a CVR subscription  It will show notifications in my Feed when there is motion but will not do any CVR.  It shows the CVR tab but it shows no events and if I try to scroll back time the camera will pause and the past recording will not be shown.  It will play live video bit nothing in the past.

I have talked to support and have reset my camera and smart hub and change outlets that my camera is plugged into.  None of these has made a difference.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the Arlo support has no answers.

Just a SWAG here but I wonder if you have to also have a regular subscription rather than just CVR. @JamesC or @ShayneS ?

I had the Arlo Secure subscription ($9.99/monthly) for my current cameras.  I purchased the Pro 4 camera later than my other 3  so it is on an Arlo Secure Trial.  I was told I could not move my Pro 4 camera to my current subscription but after 30 days it would roll onto the subscription I have.

Yes, the camera will automatically move to your subscription when the trial runs out. I don't know how a trial sub may affect being able to also have CVR - I'd think it should work but... Can you assign CVR to a different camera to see if that works?
