I have an Arlo Pro 4 Camera which has not been used for a while and was deleted from my App. I am not trying to add it back and it will not connect again! 

 

I have factory reset camera lots of times, removed it from the app.

 

When I try to add, it often won't find the camera, if it does it then fails to update firmware. If it does get to the end the camera appears offline in the app. I then have to remove it again and try again. 

 

I can see the camera is connecting to my Wi`fi as I can see it given an IP address. But App refuses to see it!

How old is the camera? If still within the warranty period, use the app and go to Settings, Support, choose your camera model and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.

I have tried to call the uk number a few times today - I get recorded announcement saying I am in queue and will go to next available operator - Then after a few mins get cut off.
