I can get the camera to come on with blue flashing light. It recognizes the QR code after a ling time, and get a chime from the camera. I click Continue and the app says wait while it finds the camera. After several minutes it gives up and says "No cameras were found."

I've charged the batteries for hours

I've hard-reset the cameras multiple times

I've removed any camera from the app to start the process from scratch

I've tried on a iphone 13 and a PC with same issue on both

I have disabled my home 5MHz wifi and only have my 2.4 working.

....... I am at a loss. Any suggestions before I send back to Amazon??

Check your router's attached device list, and see if the camera connected to your wifi or not. Other suggestions:

  1. make sure the network security is set to WPA2 (AES).
  2. if you have special characters in the network name or password, try removing them.

I confirmed the network security is set to WPA2.

The network name and password only contain capital and lowercase letters, plus a few numbers.  No special characters.

I successfully made it through and the app says the camera is all setup and up to date with software..... then it is immediately offline.  It doesn't seem to be able to come back 'online'

Is it still showing in router's attached device list?
