Is Arlo support really this bad. I’ve been trying to contact with them and I’m getting the run around. I’ve been trying to setup my cameras and doorbell. However, because we have spectrum and it’s considered a smart router 5ghz I cannot connect. I’m not a computer wizard so I was trying to get Arlo to walk me through it.

You should have both 2.4ghz and 5ghz as options when connecting your mobile device to your home network (If you do not, you may need to contact Spectrum to see about enabling the 2.4ghz band). After connecting your mobile device to a 2.4ghz SSID, try going through setup again for your Pro 4 camera. Are you still experiencing an issue?
