Pro 4 - 2 way audio - does anyone actually have this?

Beginning to wonder if this feature even exists or if its false advertising.  I have had an open ticket with support on this for over 3 months now - no resolution.

Anyone able to actually use this feature?   Any advice greatly appreciated.
