Cold weather is affecting the charging of my pro 4 and 3 cameras. My question is when the weather warms up will the cameras, which are hardwired, start recharging automatically. The problem is the cameras are in CT and we are in Florida for 4 more months.
Anybody have similar problems?
Thanks

All of Arlo's outdoor cameras shut down at -4F (not +4F although that's +/-).
Kinda late now but using a UPS for your bases as well as the modem and router may help if the issue was a brief power loss.
You might also want to give a trusted person access instead of flying.

The catch is that the cameras stop charging batteries below 32F. However, the cameras may create enough heat to forestall that condition, at least to some point so it all depends on the ambient temps.
Once the temps are above freezing (+/-) the charging should resume.

Thanks- I read the pro 4s start having problems at 4 deg F.
Also have problems with my base stations(2) going off line. I flew to CT from FL to resolve the problem, working for a few days and both BS went off line. This is crazy and when you call support you can't talk to a person.

My pro 4 cameras all stop working, no recording no notifications
When temp is above 32 degrees or when sun hits cameras they warm up and start working
What good is a security camera that stops working when it gets cold
I am so angry about this and calling for support does nothing
nobody answers the phone
So disappointed with a brand new system
