PRO 4 record videos Suddenly no more 2k?

Hi all, Im on VMB4000 and I bought the Add On Pro 4 cam on 10/22 (Free Trial Til 1/23/2023) All the videos it recorded shown “2K” icon on the left bottom videos. But until 11/1 to now everyday all the recorded videos No Longer have “2K” water mark icon on the left bottom corner. 

Does it mean I no longer able to record 2K anymore ? 

Anyone know where to turn on and off for that ? 

Did I do something wrong to disable the 2K record and became 1080?

Did you enable auto zoom & tracking in the camera settings?  If you do that, you will end up with 1080p video.

Are you seeing this on both manual and motion-detected recordings?
