Order # not found

I recently bought Arlo products and received an email that they need more information before processing my order. I have called the number in the email on numerous times but they tell me the order number is not correct. I am struggling to get in touch with a human to have this corrected. My credit card has been charged. This is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. I hope someone from Arlo sees this and reaches out.
