I ordered a whole new system with Arlo because I have read many good things about their cameras. Spent thousands on the system, it never arrived and then when contacted they simply just don't reply. Constantly following up for the past three weeks and it's almost three business days between each correspondence. Every email I have received is just from a representative that tells me they have forwarded my enquiry onto the relevant department. This company has to be a complete and utter joke. I have never experienced this from any other company and has completely changed my view on Arlo, I will be remaining with Reolink for now and just updating my system with them. They actually care about their customers and provide support.
