Hello everyone – not really liking the new UI but like everything else this company does (2FA chief among them) it's pretty much take it or leave it, right?!
Anyway, I could use some help with this and find it pretty ridiculous that a solution isn't more intuitive but...
Back in the original UI, there were two separate check boxes, one for record and another for sending a notification for both motion and sound, so if you wanted a camera to only record without the notification, it was simply a matter of adjusting those checkboxes.
Now, however, the notification option is apparently permanently tied to the record option, meaning there seems no way to control them independently.
What an I missing here? Are you telling me there's no way to turn off the notifications per camera???
And please don't tell me the solution is to turn off all app notifications on the phone because that's really not what the setting is for.

To be clear, here is what it looks like, with the notification option tethered to record video, there seems no way to record without also turning on notifications.

Have you tried going into "Send Notification" in the rule? Then press "Delete Action".

@StephenB I don't have the ability to delete that action. However, you can simply toggle the setting to be off.
