My library will not load, says "no events for this day" but I know there are! In the hub settings it says the usual "there was a problem accessing.. Arlo is working on this issue".

 

I'm so frustrated with this. I know the cameras are working, the settings have not been changed and are set up properly, and it had been working until, like I said, the free month of special features ended. 

Please help anyone!

Are you still experiencing this symptom and are you using local storage?

This format is so frustrating. No way to reply to message and I can't even see replies to them, only now I just got the 'reply' button to show up on this question. 

I still do not have my library access in the hub storage settings ("there was an error obtaining your library. Arlo is working on this" message only) and lo and behold my local feed just showed up today, but it's not current or viewable. They are only some of yesterday's videos, and they won't download, so still an issue there.

I am still having no access to current videos. The storage settings in devices will Not load videos and keeps saying "...Arlo is working on this issue, try again" and the local library is finally "there" but it's not current or even in same day. The videos that are there do not download either. So again, worthless. 

When it finally showed up again, it did allow me to download a couple of them, but after that it stopped working again.

And now back to no access to library at all.

If you eject the microSD storage and connect it to a PC, are you seeing the recordings?
