My trial ended and I bought the subscription today 4.99/month. However, the activity zone is deactivated and asks for connectivity to AC power. I bought wifi pro 4 3 camera bundle from best buy 3 month ago. It doesn’t have ac power and run on battery. I bought arlo secure subscription today. So why it still say AC power needed for activity zone?

Check that the camera(s) were added to the new subscription plan. Go into the subscription area of the app (or my.arlo.com) and select "manage cameras" to check.

Then maybe try removing/reinserting the battery, and see if that resolves it.
