New phone-locked out as trusted device and no customer support

I got a new iPhone. I did all the trusted device crap and they think somehow magically I can go into email from the phone and get the 2 step code and then go back to my Arlo... BUT I CAN'T bc my Arlo has immediately switched back to the 1st screen. So a couple of rounds of this and I want to bang my head against a wall. I have no other device to use to get the code sent via email and then get it into the my Arlo screen. At some point I hit "don't trust" hoping it would give me another way but NO. I look for support number or chat w a human and all I get it s robot chat. I am about to throw my cameras away and buy a competitors. I NEED TO SEE CAMERAS ON MY EFFING PHONE!

If you uninstall the app and download again from the app store, do you still experience the same behavior?
